The Doctoral consortium fee for PhD students includes full access to conference and the booking of 1 place at Gala Dinner free of charge.

Cancellation policy: In case of cancellation, and provided that written notice is received by TA DMC Portugal, until the 31st May 2020, the registration fee will be refunded minus EUR 50,00 of administrative charges. From the 1st June 2020 any cancellation will be charged in full. "No-shows" are non-refundable and are liable to full registration fee. |
